This location is ok. But, the staff using the headsets should speak more slowly and clearly…and not interrupt when the customer is responding to the order request. I had wanted to order additional items. Was interrupted and I couldn’t make out what was being said. At least the order I was able to make and confirm was correct at the checkout window…but the staff handling the payment exchange did not confirm, did not engage…and it is rude to have a company policy that teaches this behavior, making the staff take orders while supposedly servicing me and my payment. The food order was correct at the pick-up window…this time.

Manager and workers rude. Ordered a meal and instead of a pop for my children I order a chocolate milk. Well they charge you a drink upharge of 79 cents for a tiny milk! Ridiculous. Then refuse to give me a pop which should be included in the meal! Last straw. You want to pay workers 12+ to screw up orders and be rude and pay ridiculous amount of money for food. Thanks for helping me head towards healthier eating bc we are done with McDonald’s.
