I’m new to printing and stopped in to make a print for my family. They have good service here, and a resourceful shop, but I did not feel welcomed by the owner to ask questions or make full resourcefulness of their equipment. I was excited to get started until I heard he’s going to be here all day and was charged +$1 above quoted price. Maybe it’s my fault for coming in a day before x-mas eve. You’ll be glad not to have me as a customer anyways.-Kasey
