Unfortunately, I ordered Panda Express through DoorDash last night. I ordered a sprite but there was no straw so I opened the lid and found a dead bug in my drink. I called this Panda Express the next day and spoke to the manager (Juan) who informed me there was nothing he could do and that I’d have to file the complaint with DoorDash. Unfortunate to say the least. See attached images.

I get it, its covid making everything expensive. But ouch! I pay 1.25 premium on top of the regular price and still only get a half a scoop of what i order. Thats just ridiculous, wheres is the customers relief, why do we always suffer the greed of big business.

This location is the slowest. They never have anything or should I say are always out of stuff. It takes an hour to get through the drive thru justifying out when you get to the menu that they don’t have what you want. Could have let people know before they had a sit to your long line. What are you guys doing in there is your not cooking and you also not getting people’s food out the door. Whoever is running that store should definitely be fired
