Their systems are always down so they can’t run a prescription medicine through my insurance. So, they can only give it to me once their system comes back up (god knows when, cause I heard it’s an intermittent problem with all the Walgreens).They won’t let you know by giving a courtesy call about this problem, and you get to know about this only when you drive 15 miles and reach there to get the medicine. I chose this pharmacy after my check up at PAMF yesterday thinking I would get it immediately. Now, I don’t know when…If this is how Walgreens working now a days, I don’t know what will happen. CVS does a much better job.
