Stay Away, stay away, and stay away. Here are my reasons:1. My doctors office had to repeatedly send in my prescription for a CPAP machine. When I called and asked if it was received, nobody knew anything. The employees sound dead inside.2. Apria kept using the wrong health insurance info. It didn’t seem to matter when I gave them the right info.3. Apria uses GLS, a second rate courier, to deliver CPAP supplies. They don’t email a tracking number, so you have to guess when the package will show up. Amazon, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and the pizza guy can get into my building, but not GLS. After an hour-long phone call I was told GLS returned the package without any notice to me.4. It has taken 11 weeks to get a properly setup CPAP machine with a correctly fitting mask.If I had to do it all over again, I would try using one of several online companies.

Communication with this place sucks it’s been 3 weeks I called yesterday no one called me back still waiting for someone to call me and I still haven’t got my knee scooter after surgery and then they said they didn’t see no information about me That’s crazy this place sucks and someone else needs to take over and step in they’re dealing with people’s lives here and patience
