Just saw these comments, noted that I WAS NOT TOLD ( will refund me when the internet is not down) clearly the manager Linda is now lying about the situation. At end of the day I had to call corporation and they made a case number out of it. The customer service I spoke to pointed out how it got shipped out November 29th and was notify December 1st that it cannot get ship to a PO BOX. Even tho the young man still took my package and charged me. The UPS explain to me that this franchise ups is not holding up to there 100% guarantee service.
