DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE – Rag & Bone ships inconsistent products, mislabeled products and products that are of different sizes, even though the labels say they are the same. Rag & Bone customer care refuses to resolve the issue and will not take returns. If you order 3 pants in the same size, you will get 3 totally different cuts and at least 1 will be mislabeled.Rag & Bone has no quality care and no interest in resolving this problem. I have given them evidence and samples to compare, but their customer service department refuses to even look at them.Rag & Bone is just that — rags and bones. DO NOT BUY during the pandemic. Wait until they are on the verge of bankruptcy and then go in and get a deal on a pair of pants that you can try on and ignore the label.
