Yeah!! UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. Entire staff has been changed, only one remains. This use to be one of the worst U hauls to come to, always a long line. But when i walked in the main lobby there was no line, NO WAIT. Seriously your in & out within 10 mins. I know it’s hard to believe but its true..this location is by far the fastest customer service.Thank you Alexander and miguel..

The two ladies I dealt with inside were not polite at all. One of them was on the phone when I walked in and did not make eye contact or in any other way acknowledge my existence for the 5 minutes before another employee walked in. The second employee was eating pizza and also avoided speaking to me and merely pointed down the counter at another register. When she finished eating she finally spoke to me.After we filled out the lease I was told to pull over where the trailers were and I sat there for about 10 minutes without anyone helping further. When I finally walked back to see who was supposed to meet me it turned out that it was one of the same ladies. She seemed a bit annoyed that I had come looking for someone.When I returned the trailer several days later, I pulled into the drop-off area and then walked inside and again was met by a lady who made no eye contact or an any other way acknowledged that I was there. I waited about 10 minutes as she helped another customer and then she walked out. When she finally came back in she asked me if that was my trailer outside that was being returned and when I told her yes she said, Well they’re outside waiting for you as if I should have known not to go inside.The trailer was perfect and I was very happy with the equipment but the customer service was extremely poor. I will definitely go somewhere else in the future that makes me feel like they actually want me in their store.

We had quite the adventure in obtaining a rental trailer. We drove 7 hours from AZ only to have our reservation rescheduled by Uhaul 4 different times to 3 different locations across 3 different cities. In the end, the trailer ended up being fulfilled through the Fontana location.My my mom was beyond frustrated and irate. Miguel was the gentleman who helped us checkout the order. He was very kind, patient, understanding, and willing to help. He heard out my mom by allowing her to vent and took care of us in the end. I commend Miguel on a job very well done. We need more patient people in the service customer service industry. Kudos Miguel, you deserve a great pat on your back by your boss(es). Thanks buddy!
