After months of struggling to get my hands on a very important product to me, literally checking online and in person multiple times a week, I called in to get a better grasp on how I could solve my problem. The individual working the electronics section was cordial, but swiftly ended the discussion with a curt I couldn’t care less because they suck anyways. I honestly was put down because I’ve been trying to get one of these things for months… And I didn’t get any help whatsoever. I didn’t need to be belittled because the employee doesn’t like what I like.

The ease of access and friendly customer service are a very high quality! If you’re in a rush you can call ahead of time if you only have a couple items and they all hold them at the customer service. I was in a rush for time and I needed to get ink in printer paper and I called the electronics lady and she was kind enough to have them waiting for me at the customer service aisle I would definitely recommend this place 7.7
