They are so helpful and quick at this UPS store! I’ve had some recent urgent needs for printing and notary services. Every time I’ve gone in, the team have gone above and beyond to help me out. (Also super quick and easy to ship things from here.) For those saying they ‘nickel and dime’ you, UPS is a large corporation with set prices so.. that’s a silly notion. One thing to note is that right now you do need to book a notary appointment online and cannot just walk in. Definitely recommend this store.

The UPS at 17th a d Franklin – my home away from home! I’ve been a customer here for going on 5 years and have never had a problem. The employees are courteous, the services are there just as described.A great way to have a permanent address for those transitioning periods of life – great way to keep your mail separated by address!And as an added bonus – you can’t beat the location – right in the heart of Oakland, California!

Update your times of operation!!!! UPS and google say you’re open on weekends, but you’re not. You also left a back in 5 minutes sign taped up, and your place is boarded up, so no one can see if you’re actually open.FYI – I and three other people waited 20+ minutes (from 3:20 – 3:40). If you are actually open on Sunday, your employee taking a 20+ minute break at that time when you close at 4 is just awful.
