I thought the saying goes that you get what you pay for! So I took the 8000.00 plunge buying a arose Gold Chainlink bracelet for which I sent back to the manufacturer early March because I noticed the clasp was loose and the bars inside ad a bend to them. I wore this two times because I am athletic and in the pool daily so could only wear it going out. I purchased this expensive item for my birthday in August 2020. It’s 7 months old. I requested a replacement and communication with this company once it was received at the repair center of theirs. I only received an email confirming that they got it back. No calls at all, holding onto a very expensive item of mine with zero communication and resolution. I was planning on buying the same bracelet in 18k gold this year but based upon this experience, I would never purchase again from Tiffany-it’s hugely expensive and at the very least they should offer impeccable customer care and they really don’t through the 800 number. Going into the store is great but getting things done through corporate and their 800 service is such a joke. They are the most expensive game in town-they should do better.Update! If it wasn’t for Keith at the Pasadena store location, I would never purchase from this company but he makes everything better with his impeccable customer service bending over backwards to help his clients! Love Keith at the Pasadena location!!!!

Upon entry of Tiffany & Co, associates were unwelcoming and had poor attitudes. I felt as if we were immediately profiled as individuals who weren’t worthy of being in their establishment. When asked for help, the associates were cold and short. I understand that Tiffany is a high end retailer but regardless of that fact, they should treat customers with respect regardless of how they may appear. If I was unkind, rude, or unfriendly, I would have understood such behavior.
