Very poor customer service

Wow. I can handle the fact that they apparently don’t talk to customers, but one could be trained to share that information nicely. This company’s representative was rude, insulting, and hung up on me. I was calling to find out about estimated shipping times as both my area dealers had grossly different estimates and prices that varied by more than $1,000. Guess I’ll be going out of my way to order an A.R.E. instead. I will go out of my way to never buy from this company.
