This is an authorized dealer and not an actual T-mobile store, even though you can’t tell by looking. They employ untrained kids, and have them work there by themselves. They have no idea how to order things for you under your account or make warranty replacements. They can’t do the promised transfer of data from an old phone to a new one that the commercials advertise. They just throw up their hands and say sorry. There no one there who knows how to do the job.Go to a real T-mobile store instead (the one at the southland mall is one)

I have been a Sprint costumer for 4 years but since T mobile took over and became the new owner I started having issues with this company. Iam ver unhappy and disappointed.I just visited this store and services is bad there staff are not very friendly and they ignore their costumers.Definitely, Iam will change companies as soon my contract is over.
