I gave this establishment 5 stars year ago. But I was so wrong. I purchased tire from Amazon and they delivered to them week before and I set up and appointment with them. However when I arrive, the person named Charlie and Peter, who are supposed to be the manager at the service area, doesn’t even have idea of where my tires are or about my appointment. They didn’t even bother to look for my tire and kept ignoring me. Once I got hold of Amazon and they contacted the store manager Erik, he found the tire which was right behind the Charlie guy. They were ignorant, unwilling to help the customer. They didn’t even bother to look for tire until the matter got escalated to the manager and Amazon. This place is going downhill when it comes to customer service. I would never come back here. And i would never recommend it to anyone else. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHEAP QUALITY PLACE.
