I found 2 hairs and a plastic sheet in my sweet black pepper bacon sandwich on Wednesday, June 2 after 2pm. I’m very unhappy with how sloppy my sandwich was put together and will not be returning.

There is a serious disconnect, when it comes to some of the online orders and bonus items. Generally, you can earn a free doughnut based on promotions that are available. Consequently, I earned a free doughnut which was not placed in the bag. I explain to the server, that it was missing. She replied that she needed to see the receipt, I displayed the app receipt present on my phone. Which she stated was unacceptable, no problem I go out to my car and bring the bag back.Upon further inspection she realized that she failed to inform me that my choice was not available at the time. The manager in a disrespectful tone stated that I should’ve checked the bag before I left. “Oh”I’m sorry, but the matter was; you didn’t have the item that I ordered.. Completely not a situation where someone stated, something that was missing, and it actually wasn’t. More importantly as the manager; incorrect orders or missing items for an order made online should be identified to the purchaser once they arrive for their order. (whereby they can be offered another item in place of).Generally the staff was very hard-working, and try to do their best. However the manager can be very rude and disrespectful, without gathering all of the facts, when there is an issue. Overall, this is just a small computer glitch that can be addressed along with training for that particular store. I wish them the best however I found another location with less personality and more courtesy….Vails Gate Orange County NY
