Amazon customers beware: they do not honor “no box no label” returns. If you’re going to do an Amazon prime return here, make sure you have a box.I’ve never had an issue returning without a box at any other UPS, it seems as though this one is run by shady management? Who knows. The customer service rep (two ladies) kept saying to me and I also witnessed them say it to another Amazon return customer, that “perhaps you clicked on the wrong thing, your returns require a box, you can purchase one from us”I’m surprised no one has filed a complaint to Amazon about this yet. Anyhow, until things are changed, you have been warned!

probably the best UPS store i’ve been to in the LA area. the kindest people and efficient. we sometimes drive from our DTLA location all the way to Glendale just to make sure our packages are taken care of.
