Franco provided great customer service when I went in to upgrade my phone last month. He was able to get me the phone in the color and GB that I wanted. He made transferring my info from my old phone to the new so simple. I was in and out very quickly which was great. He was very knowledgeable about the trade in process and was able to answer all of my questions. Great experience! I will definitely be going back to this location for any future needs.
