Took my two week old new car and noticed until I came back that rim was scratched. Top it off service was not able to be provided as the car is a two year old series so they don’t have the design sketch on file and had to refund me. So they’ll charge you upfront for a service they don’t know if they’ll be able to do. Made no sense.Update: I can’t believe I didn’t notice this the moment I drove off, not only did they scratch my rim, they didn’t even bother to place back the panel of my car. Unbelievable, I’m so livid right now. They legit destroyed my brand new 2 week old 2021 door panel. A supposed 300 dollar job is now going to cost me a whole lot more. No wonder you guys didn’t have it on file you guys popped all my back panels and now left me to fix it because you didn’t know how to put it back together. If I could curse online without this being being flagged I would.
