I experienced the worst customer service that I had no choice but request my money back. My first time at the store I ordered and paid for an item, but when i returned to the store to pick up my item I was told with attitude that i had to wait in two lines before i could pick up my order. I asked if they could bring it out to me because i didn’t want to enter the store and offered the receipt and ID but they refused. After waiting I find out they mistakenly ordered the wrong size and they said the correct size would be in the next day. I requested if they could send it to me because i didn’t want to waist any more of my time or return to wait in two lines again. They said no and that I would have to wait in the lines again for the third time so they left me no choice but to request my $$ back. I took that money across the street to the number 1 sports fan store and found something nicer, faster and had a pleasant customer service experience. Never again will I return to this store and deal with the attitude the girls carried and the lack of customer service the Manager refused to provide.
