Based on my experience, ginseng from Cheong Kwan Jang worked really well on me. Okay. Actually I don’t feel any immediate effect having ginseng (except a little boosted libido). Looking back about a year I have been having it, I found that it actually works for me by improving my immune system.I used to get sick by getting a cold about 3 or 4 times a year and each one lasts about a week. I had ginseng from Cheong Kwan Jang regularly for almost a year and I haven’t gotten a cold since then. One morning about a month ago, while I was traveling continuously, I felt sore throat. I was 100 percent sure that I would get a cold because my throat wouldn’t be able to filter out viruses effectively. I didn’t get a cold! The number changed from 4 to 0. There are other various health benefits, but it’s difficult for me to measure that.I don’t think ginseng is super scientifically proved, and I’m not a medical doctor. It’s only based on my experience. Cheong Kwan Jang grows the best 6 year ginseng in the world. The soil of ginseng farm is very important for effective ginseng.It is said that Korean Oriental(herbal) doctors dislike ginseng because regular ginseng consumers don’t need any other various herbs. It’s traditional Korean preventive care.Give it a try for about 6 months. After that you may never get sick, if it works for you.They sell various of products including cosmetic cream and tea.
