I had 3 different print jobs to be donee today. I specified on the email to be in color and to be printed on the front and the back. Plus my name and phone number was on the email.I had my son pick it up and he knows nothing about what I wanted. When he brought me the copies they were all in black and white and printed on only one side of the paper. They did not attempt to call me at all. I called them to let them know. They would not even acknowledge their error. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE EVER AGAIN. LOUSY SERVICE. NO COMMON SENSE AT ALL. VERY DISSATISFIED !!!!!
