I made a last minute appointment and got in the next day with Aaron. I was skeptical because I got an appt. right away, but I was desperate since I couldn’t get back home to my regular person. Aaron was fabulous! He did a fabulous cut and matched my color perfectly! I was so happy that I am canceling my next appointment at home and waiting to go back to Aaron next month!

Made an appointment, went down to the place, hard to find parking. Tried to call as instructed, no one answered, after 10 min of walking around the block trying entrances I finally made it in to find out my appointment was canceled do to some emergency, just before my appointment time. They did send a text but maybe if your canceling 35 min before an appointment a phone call would have been a better way to go. He explained how busy they were as its in season now. Oddly I am pretty busy as well and this was 2 hours out of my day. I have to wait another week at a different salon to get an appointment which is annoying but I want to find a place that values the locals business. I have found this with many businesses in Palm Springs, owners forget who supports them when its not in season.
