I was happy to work with Seidner’s from the very first time I spoke to Seidner’s employees until the repairs were completed. Adrian was very easy to get a hold of specially through e-mail. I was also receiving text messages to keep me in the loop of how the repairs were going. I also received emails from Adrian of updates. He also would call me as soon as he was able to. Sometimes I was receiving information before Adrian would get a chance to call me. I still appreciated the heads up. Unfortunately, there was a shortage on the part we needed to repair my car, Adrian and the team was able to find the part in Glendale and picked it up to get us our car back as soon as they can.

From the beginning, it was a experience. I contacted Siedner’s on Monday morning, dropped my car off on Tuesday at opening and had my car back on Friday!
