Service staff is awesome, installed a new pump on our hot tub while my family was on vacation. Always communicated clearly what costs would be, very polite on the phone, and all around exhibited professionalism. Our house sitters didn’t meet the guy when he came out to install. Regardless, he knocked the job out flying solo and was very respectful to my property. Top notch install job. Service staff is deserving of 5 stars.Purchasing/sales department on the other hand was dismissive, rude, condescending, acted like I was a nuisance, and talked himself out of a sale not once, but 3 times! Don’t send the guy an email because he’ll have no idea how to open attachments (pdf) let alone print them. They didn’t respond to what I suspect was a $700+ order in his email for over a week because the email account was unavailable for some time.If you need maintenance, call their number directly. If you need supplies go to Leslie’s. They’ll treat you much more like a valued customer and you’ll be much happier.
