The mechanics seem to really know their stuff, but unfortunately, they use extremely low-quality replacement parts. It seems short-sighted to do a big job like replacing a solenoid or struts, that are very labor intensive, and use parts that fail within 100 miles. Low quality parts, not only fail, they can destroy other systems in the car. If they used OEM parts, which is how they price their work, they would be 5 star shop. I don’t want to harm the reputation of this business, if you specify OEM parts, you should be fine.
