We bought a dodge ram 1500 on Friday December 16, 2016 from Jake Marsh….he was very knowledgeable and was great to work with. He definitely made the buying experience easy. We had a couple little minor problems with the truck. We told him that when we test drove it the headlight was cutting in and out and that the passenger side mirror turning signal light wasn’t working properly and he said he would see what he could do. It was the weekend so I didn’t expect it to happen quickly. Well while we were driving on Sunday the light went out. I called on Monday dropped the truck off and picked it up Wednesday all fixed. Everyone at Olean Resale were very friendly and helpful. I will be spreading the word to shop there. Our experience was great and we are very happy satisfied customers. Never even got the chance to review options. Although they were friendly, the first guy who was taking my PRIVATE information was nodding off in front of me mid sentence. Jake was the one who called me. We set up an appointment. I was there 15 minutes early and waited an hour before I was even acknowledged. I remained calm for THREE hours. He then kept telling me I’ll be with you in 10 to 15 minutes. That 10 to 15 minutes ALWAYS turned into an hour. I was was there from 1 to 5:15! And nothing got done! Disappointed in the whole experience.

I walked in with lots of doubt. My credit is not the best. I walked out happy, and with a 2016 chrysler 200. The manager was awesome! Friendly, and helpful! I definitely recommend talking to these guys if you really want a nice vehicle at an affordable price!
