Joshua C Cox is the sales dude that helped me and he was great. I had a deep puncture on a hard to get all terrain tire and they were able to order the tire and get it in the same day. They figured out some extended warranty magic and I barely had to pay anything for it. They also support military. Great service and help. This is a good company!

Busy and for good reason. Quality work, walked in (no appt) at 815am, got tires checked and got a quote within 30 minutes. Then got my car in and and out by 1030am. The place is clean, everyone wore their mask properly when with customers, and provided space for people to relax, enjoy the wifi, and the offbeat hits of the 80s and 90s.Some customers had verbalized complaints about the appointment technology system and the staff were apologetic, quality listeners, and made sure complaining parties were heard and that the company was held accountable to inconveniences.Really impressed.
