Called and got the Manager who seemed suspicious because i asked for a specific employee i spoke to before. I’m a loyal customer and always make sure to request an employee I’ve spoken to before so they can get the proper credit for the sale. I buy alot of shoes. Anyways i wanted to check on a pair of shoes. Customer service training id definitely needed. He hung up without even saying bye or have a nice day. Pure rudeness. It seems to be a common thing even at other locations. Sometimes they don’t even answer the phone. I’ll take my business where it’s appreciated. What made it worse is that it was the manager so the employees are just following his lead. Many of these small chains won’t last through this pandemic if they don’t learn to treat their customers better especially that loyal ones. I wont be back.
