They claim to Engage Customers, but their software for Restaurant Rewards type programs does not work all of the time, and they do not really care about fixing their problems.They can take nearly a week to try to remedy what they admit is a multi-location problem at Norm’s in Los Angeles and beyond, lie about fixing the problem, lie about providing the rewards, and seem to hope that you will give up.On the plus side, businesses will save by not having to provide rewards, but on the negative side, people who are paying attention will be angry, complain to your business, and you will have to reach out to people at Punchh like Nate Bertke who do not tell the truth. Perhaps, they lie to each other.Also, based on the other reviews, which are all dated, their best days are in the past!
