I lost my phone this morning.I stopped by this location to buy a phone. I got a really weird vibe from the manager. I handed him my ID and he claimed my account couldn’t be opened because my name was spelled “Davney” instead of “Dabney” on the account. Since my I.D. didn’t say “Davney,” he refused to help. Said there was nothing he could do and walked away without even trying. He even managed to get a chuckle out of watching me struggle.So that same day, I went to the AT&T on Western and Wilshire. The manager at that location opened my account despite “Davney,” and she sold me a phone in 30 minutes.Go to any other location besides this one. The manager has a chip on his shoulder.

This was seriously the best customer service I’ve experienced! Everyone was so helpful and nice, Cinthia helped me through my entire phone upgrade which took hours. Andy and Walter were also absolutely gentle and help solve all my questions about my bill. Great experience overall and very rare to find in LA
