We really like this location because of it being in Downtown Santa Monica. It’s a great location and easy to get in and out of the store. The sales associate, Star, was super helpful and was able to find me the perfect cologne. She was super nice, caring, and patient with me.

This is the most terrible location to shop at Sephora ! If you need help to find anything just don’t go to this one, The staff will greet you but once you ask their help for something, they say they will check in the back but never get back to you. And you’ll find them doing something else or chatting with another staff. Yes not all of them are like this but most of them that helped me out was never getting back to me.Sephora Santa Monica please teach your staff to respect customers.
