We were looking for a specific item. Skin care specialist Julie approached us and helped find the item, not a skin product, but at the fragrance department – she went out of her way to help and that meant so much to us, thank you, Julie! She must have noticed we were struggling or she is just naturally helpful. Either way her reaching out made this Nordstrom experience very warm and memorable.

Had a delicious crispy chicken lunch and they brought yellow rose flower to the table for mother’s day which is tomorrow. Mall is full of people shopping either for themselves or their mothers, is great to see all these people back in the mall.

Customer service very poor in cosmetics dept. Had to go looking for sales clerk. Finally found one but unfamiliar with product line (Lancome). I didn’t have my card – she had me text some # to retrieve acct but it didn’t work so I used a different cc. Eventually completed my purchase through persistence – mine, not hers. Going to Macy’s next time.
