Buyer beware.While purchasing my Maxtrix bed in this store, I discovered that I could get the same bed for HUNDREDS of dollars less than they were trying to sell it to me for online direct from Maxtrix and also not have to pay for delivery. The store agreed to match the Maxtrix deal and because of Covid I chose to support the mom and pop store instead of Maxtrix directly since we’d come in and they’d shown us the bed.I opted not to buy the mattresses at that time because I assumed that I’d probably find something better online. That’s when I discovered that all Maxtrix beds have to have a special trundle size mattress. Something I was not made aware of at t he time of purchase (because I would NOT have bought this bed at all had I known. We plan to use the trundle for an adult.).When I reached out to the store today to cancel my order I noticed on the bottom of my invoice they wrote, no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Something else they did not mention to me at the time of sale, because again… I WOULD NOT HAVE MADE THIS PURCHASE HAD I KNOWN THIS. What kind of store doesn’t want to make sure the customer is satisfied and stand by their products?I thought this was silly and reached out to them anyway assuming they’d cancel the order for me since it has not shipped and they have refused. Truly unbelievable. Buy your bed online from a company that actually cares about customer service and being honest.

I was very happy working with kids only furniture for our baby’s nursery. Their showroom is wonderful and offers a lot of selections to browse. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. They also went above and beyond to show me how to operate strollers and car seats, which can be a challenge for any expecting parent. I would highly recommend kids only furniture and was even more thrilled when they price matched the items we selected. We’ll definitely be returning customers.
