I went to this pharmacy around 10:30AM in the morning of 05/20/2021. The staff were very impatient and rude, including the young male Asian-American pharmacist. I felt their attitude immediately when I was approaching them. I saw they were busy but it should not be your excuse. The pharmacy technician was irritable without any customer service. That pharmacist just did not care with a flat facial expression after I made a complaint about her. This pharmacy was not like that before. I had to change my pharmacy store even though I was with them for 7 years.

This pharmacy appears to have no idea what they are doing. I tried to have a prescription transferred here from a CVS in the city and they rudely told me it was rejected by insurance. I called back twice, was hung up on once, and then was told I would no longer be able to pick up the prescription. After an hour of wasted time, I got the issue resolved with the CVS on Haight and will now be wasting another hour of my time to drive into SF. My doctors office just got back to me with this message:I called both pharmacies to speak to the pharmacist directly. The new one on 150 Donahue St. specifically is very difficult! Sorry, I did not see your message sooner. I can go ahead and set Truepill pharmacy as your default for all future prescriptions. Again, I apologize for the delay in responding. I was hoping to help with the pharmacy issues but I did not expect it to take so long. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.>>2 stars since the pharmacist was pleasant even though the tech was rude. I will now be using Truepill moving forward which will hopefully prevent any more wasted time.

Absolutely the nicest pharmacist. I called in at 3:00 on a Sunday to transfer a prescription from a pharmacy that didn’t have the meds available. They were filling it by 4:00 and were nothing but courteous and helpful. Thank you thank you thank you!
