We are a hispanic family, and just recently applied for the old navy credit card (at a different location) and decided to visit the chico location. From the moment we walked in we were followed through out the whole store, as if we were going to steal. Employee even went out of her way to ring us up at the register. If it wasn’t for feeling so uncomfortable I would have loved to spend more time and money at this location. We are hard working citizens who just want to purchase clothes for the family.
