Five months ago, my daughter put in a change of address from her house on Cross St. to her new house in Davis. Since I have the same last name they decided to forward all of my mail to Davis as well, even though we didn’t live in the same house. It turns out you can’t just go to the post office and fix it. My daughter has gone to the post office multiple times. I have gone multiple times. They still can’t get the problem fixed.Do you know what happens when the post office screws up like this? Here’s a single example. Today I went to pay bills online. I couldn’t pay my bills online because “maintenance “ was done to my account last week and they changed some of my settings. Why did they do “maintenance “? Because they took the restrictions off my account. Why were there restrictions on the account? Because we didn’t respond to a letter in the mail that wasn’t delivered.The Woodland post office gives no priority to fixing delivery problems, doesn’t follow up or follow through and blames the customer for their mistakes. I have nothing good to say about the service I received.

I haven’t received my mail in 3 days I had a piece of mail sitting on my mailbox for over two days waiting to get picked up and no one ever showed upI went to the post office to mail it in the Drive-Thru and even the box was full I couldn’t push my envelope into the mailbox it was overflowed very stressful what is going on with this post office? I’ve had mail delivered for someone with the same house number but a different street a block over not to mention my neighbor’s mail put in my box that I had to walk over to them no mail for 3 days we should at least get junk mail if we don’t have mail what’s going on with this place?

I’m not sure at all why there is only 2.5 stars for Woodland Post Office. Everytime I go in there, they are all so kind and helpful. Best Post Office! only thing bad is it gets busy, but so what. Honestly.
