Great place for your metaphysical needs! NY soul feels lighter just walking in there and rhetoric displays are so beautiful. Associates were very helpful and friendly; They really know their spiritual stuff!

Wide selection of stones. Customer service is just okay. Some sales people care to assist more than others. The cards for the stones are hand written, some have spelling errors and inaccurate property descriptions. Some with the spelling of of the stone itself incorrect, some stones have no info card at all, so I suggest you that you google the name to get accurate info. I felt uncomfortable shopping in the store. Staff had their noses out of their masks, the heat was on full blast and they kept the door closed. This store is very small and social distancing is impossible. There was at least 12 people inside at once and they insisted on keeping the door closed and the heat blasting. I’m not even going to address the wait time to pay for items. The manager needs to train his staff. It was disappointing.

I LOOOOOOOVEEEE this store! They are always super friendly and inviting! They always have great items for me to incorporate into my altar, ceremonies, daily activities, or rituals.
