If I could give a zero star I would! Horrible customer service! Yesterday we upgraded an old iPhone to a new iPhone 12pro and we spent 2+hours in the store only to come home frustrated and with the new phone having an old SIM card in it. We were told that the old SIM card would eventually fail and we had to replace it ourselves in three hours. After three hours, we put the new SIM card in and it didn’t work. We went to the store the next day, and we waited another 2+ hours while they tried to activate the new SIM card. In these 2+ hours, we got no information/updates about what was happening, our store representative basically ignored us the entire time, and he told us we could just go home, wait for the old SIM card to eventually fail (didn’t give us a time when it would) and replace it ourselves. He essentially told us to do HIS job and told us it was fine walking around with a phone with a SIM card that could fail at any moment. When we asked how much longer we would have to be in the store (after 2+ hours of waiting), he raised his voice at us, telling us that “we had two options: go home or keep waiting for him to help us”. So disappointed in this service—especially after being a customer for 10+ years.
