I walked into the store and there were two people working. They were talking before I walked in, and I expected them to at least greet me, but they didn’t anything to me at all. After I gave them my package, they handed me the receipt and I left. Not one single word was exchanged between us. I thanked them after I received my receipt, but they didn’t say anything after. I felt really disrespected.

I tried to print here multiple times and both times, I got a confirmation email saying the order was printed, but when I show up they can’t find it and end up printing it while I wait, but not according to the parameters I set on the online order. I wouldn’t recommend printing through the online portal here, stuff seems to disappear into oblivion and it’s a toss-up on whether you’ll get what you need. Also just general apathy from the employees. I understand if you’re having a bad day and I’m not trying to get people in trouble, but wow does it seem like they are actively trying to do as little as possible.
