Was denied a purchase on their website.The owner, Erik Newton, called me and was very rude/unpleasant on the phone. Claimed there was fraud issues that arose on his end and told me he was canceling/refunding my order. Erik stated that I could complete the purchase over again to make sure my CC security code on my card was inputted correctly.I made the purchase over again within 10 minutes using a different CC and emailed him to let him know. I was rudely responded to over email with this -Your second order came in with continued red flags on our fraud analysis. It has been canceled and refunded. We will not be able to process any future orders from you on our website. Please do not attempt.There is absolutely 0 fraud that could have occurred as I double checked my home/billing address and all my card information 3 times over before processing.I think this guy is making excuses and intends on raising his prices (price gauging).If you are a collector – I would steer far away from spending your money to support a business with someone that treats clients disrespectfully.Blown away at how I was spoken to over the phone and via email. Wish I could post the voicemail I was left on my phone on here for everyone to hear!I’d rate them a 0 star if I had the chance.

What can I say about this place? You can definitely tell they put an emphasis on a family and friendly environment.The staff is extremely friendly and greet each and every customer as they come in. The way this place makes you feel welcome is unlike any other. No wonder they have been in business as a brick and mortar shop since 1981.Go check this place out. You’ll be glad you did.
