I’ve been shopping here for 3+ years and I love the fruits they offer. Today I want to share how the manager from Grocery section went above and beyond to replace a defective bottle of Bono EVOO. I called and explained to Ruben that I couldn’t open the inner built-in spout – he found the new bottle on the shelf and opened it to demo it. My bottle apparently had manufacturing defect. Then Ruben offered to deliver the replacement to my doorstep! This was above the call of duty and I appreciate the extra service and the kindness he offered, especially to someone who is practicing quarantine. Thank you Sprouts for hiring Ruben. This one is a keeper.
