My kids had an appointment with them today. The moment I entered , the attitude of receptionist was not good. She kept on insisting that she called me yesterday , left voice mail and send me questionnaire through email three times. News Flash. I didn’t get any email , any phone call from them. There was no email even in my spam folder from vision works. She was so rude. She kept on showing me extremely unprofessional attitude. This office is very close to my home and its convenient to take my kids there for annual eye exams. But I will never ever go back to that office. The receptionist needs some training in customer care . Doctor and Optician were nice.

Dr. Yang is the best! I just moved to Long Island and needed to get new prescription glasses. She listened to my concerns about having such bad vision and wearing thick glasses. She gave me many recommendations and took the time to explain everything. Everyone at the front desk are also super nice! They were so patient with me while I pick out my frames (of course they need to be perfect). They told me all the options I have to make my glasses better since I stare at the computer screen almost 14 hours a day.
