Told me I had to go to the original store to return my phone despite return policy online clearly saying If your device was purchased at an AT&T retail, you may return it to any AT&T retail store during the return and exchange period. Went to the next store over in Scarsdale which was not the original store either and they were perfectly able to return my phone.EDIT: Saw the store’s response, looks they were being truthful when they said they couldn’t accept my return. However, if I had taken them for granted, I would’ve had to drive 3 hours up to the original store instead of 5 minutes to the one in Scarsdale. Changed my review to 3 stars.

Great customer service! The employee working (forgot his name, sry) was beyond helpful!Plenty of parking spots. Same shopping center at HMart. Not sure how long they’ve been here, not too many cellphones out on display (yet)
