I bought a hydrainia at this nursery last Friday. I spent over $350 at the nursery and two days after I got it home…still in the original pot, two of the three plants in the container had died! When I brougt it back on Wednesday morning, the guy just simply cut the two dead plants to the core and said I must have done something wrong! If I didn’t water it, the one remaining would have been dead…if it was the sun, the one remaining would have shown some distress…No. the other two plants were withered completely! It still had the tag on the nursery showing their price of $22.00! So, his excuse was not logical. I’ll never buy any other plants there ever again. Since we depend on good customer service these days more than ever, its another example of the desperate consumer being taken advantage of.
