The lady behind the counter was unnecessarily rude, but everything printed nicely so it was fine. That is until I got home and realized that the colors didn’t print evenly. On some pages the exact same image was darker than on other pages. Very disappointing seeing as how much money I spent there.

I worked with Ken and he was condescending as he talked down to me and I didn’t appreciate it. I tried to explain what someone on the phone told vs what he wanted me to do with my photo and it seems that there’s is no sense of fluidity amongst their staff.I didn’t feel helped, I felt talked down too and I don’t believe he practice empathy in his approach to Customer service.This place isn’t worth your time if a staff member like Ken is working there.
