My partner did not feel comfortable in the hands of these workers.
Amber Shinn
The place is a mouse maze filled with people who have no idea where they are.

I had an appointment scheduled for radiology, but was running late. I called ahead to check if I could go in late or reschedule. I was fine either way. I spoke to a nice person about my situation and she stated that it would be fine coming in a bit late. When I arrived, I informed them I was late coming in and she called to see if they would see me. She stated since I was late, they would have to work me in. So didn’t wait very long and was seen in about 10 minutes. The tech did her thing and was out in good time. They were efficient with my procedure even though I was late. They got me in and out. What I had an issue with was that I came in to get checked for something I am concerned with, but they made me feel like because I was late, it was an inconvenience to see me. I had phoned ahead to make sure it was OK to come in, but still felt as if it was a hassle to squeeze me in. If it was, they should have advised me to reschedule and I would have been fine with that since I was the one running behind. The tech did her duty, but I also felt because I was a squeeze in, there wasn’t anything personable with them, just a procedure, cold and sterile.Overall, I was happy to be able to get what I needed done. It was quick, efficient, to the point. I just didn’t have the pleasant experience I usually get when coming here.

My daughter went to go get blood taken out on Monday and they scheduled an appointment the next day for a specialist. We went to see the specialist, waited an hour and a half for the specialist to talk to us for 5 minutes about the results not being ready. I’m not a doctor but everyone knows results aren’t done in one day. On top of it, I still got charge $35 for the appointment.
