Lot’s if petrified wood here and a great store with cool rocks for kids to look at and buy as well.
Rebecca Garcia
Great place to walk with family.

A short but very enjoyable experience. The whole round trip will take less than 45 minutes, including stopping and reading every site. It costs $12 per adult which is pricey for the short loop.

It’s awesome if you can get passed the pain Glass masking experience. Kids loved the rocks and could not wrap there heads around a volcano 3 million years ago killed the trees and turned them to rocks. Not sure I can either.
Tonya Cox
It was a fun place to explore. Plan for an easy hike but dress accordingly and take water. Definitely not worth the cost but seeing it as a donation towards nature helps justify the cost.
