I have tried to go to this Xfinity store on two separate occasions and every time it is at least a 30 minute wait outside in the heat while waiting for customer service agents to bring you in the store. Once in the store it’s usually another 20 to 30 minute wait for the representative to help you. I would recommend definitely going to a different store because they’re customer service people on the 1-800 line are horrible.

I was only exchanging equipment for an upgrade. The service was fast and professional. Xfinity isn’t the best deal out there, but, I believe it’s worth the extra money.
