Lost my brakes up in the mountains and rolled into Red Bluff. Called a few places but Frank’s was the only one who took the time to figure out how long the part would take to arrive, which was important info for me since I was holed up in a motel. Price was real reasonable. Got me back on the road ASSP once the part arrived. Definitely glad I picked this place.

Frank’s automotive is the best shop I’ve ever done business with and I felt like I was getting everything I needed and more. He is a good person and realistic and informative when it comes to your repairs. He knows how to lay out your best options and work with you on many different levels to make sure you get what you want and need and more. This guy knows what is important to his customers and will do everything in his ability to make sure you are satisfied with any service or repair. A very trustworthy and diligent businessman, this is the only shop I’ll take my cars to.

I came to Frank’s in a bind, with a rattling muffler from hitting tire debris on the highway. I was helped by none other than his dad, who also runs the attached tire place. He was incredibly helpful and generous with his time. He took a look under the car and gave me a proper assessment of the damage and what it would take to fix it when I got to my destination. He didn’t upsell me or even insist on making the repairs himself. I felt that sense of relief that comes when you know you can simply trust. It was a brief interaction but it seems to square with many other reviews here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.
