Update 4/16/20:The manager said she found footage of the individuals that broke into my unit. It took over a week to go through the footage and the footage still hasn’t been submitted to Stockton PD.*Original review*My unit was broken into sometime after 2/11/20 and they still have not finished reviewing the video footage. To add insult to injury they sent me a notice that my rent would be increasing.They have a ladder available to assist we would-be thieves in viewing the contents of the units and accessing them.They told me that my unit was the only unit broken into.

Yes well Im a true believer in truth in advertising and with that said this place doesnt deserve the one star i gave them. I got a small storage 5by 6 ft that was the only thing that was trithful security cameras none to be seen anywhere except up front 12 dollars a month turned out to be three times that for the initial 100 n something for two months 21 dollars ins which is applied to a monthly charge on your bill made me real dis gusted becuz the woman at the desk kept telling me every time i was charged extra for customer protection then they make u buy a lock that you can never use again bcuz its useless for anything but there one of a kind storage hole locks jjoke all the way around
